error on some web pages

IN RECENT DAYS I HAVE SUDDENLY GOT AN "ERROR ON PAGE"
MESSAGE WHEN TRYING TO OPEN TWO REGULAR SITES FROM SPAIN.

TODAY I SUDDENLY RECEIVED A WINDOW (SEVERAL TIMES) WHEN
USING YAHOO, SAYING "yOU ARE
MISSING........"Resources\CommonResources\Images\EscapeToE
xit.bmp"

I do not what this means, norhow to correct it.
Are the two problems connected?
