Disabling automatic logon during Start Up

I take it that you are not running on a Domain. If that
is the case then you should go into Control Panel and
User Accounts. Go to the advanced tab and in the Secure
Logon section at the bottom, make sure that there is a
check mark in 'Require users to press CTRL+Alt+Delete'.

That should solve the problem
