Hi
When you origionally joined your XP client to the W2K
domain you would have been logged on as the Administrator
to the XP Client. my experiance it wants you to confirm
you are the adminsitrator with a admin password when you
join the domain.

Aftrer that, you can either log on locally to the XP
client or log on to the domain with any user that has
been created on the W2K server.

Typically you would only have one administrator user
created on the XP client. and keep the password safe.

Hope this helps,
Todd
