In short, many people say that some SSL/TLS connections will
fail (you end up in empty or "page not found" page) if FIPS is
enabled in WindowsXP. Try this for starters with IE and FIPS
enabled...you cant connect, but with Opera for instance, you

Now, there must be some "logical" explanation to this right?
What could it possibly be?
