That doesn't always work and I'd be interested to know if it is a 'less than
perfect coding in the program' issue or an 'XP security' issue.
Eg. Fresh Download is a freeware program I installed as an Admin.
Another "user" cannot change settings that integrate it into IE.
Using Run As doesn't help either.
I contacted the programmer, his suggestion (run as an Admin to change
settings) didn't solve the problem.
