Sebastian, try to change security setting.

1.Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative
Tools -> Local Security Settings.

2. In local security settings go to folder 'Security
Options' (on the left side of window) Then find the
Policy string named: "Interactive Logon: Do not require
CTRL+ALT+DEL" If you set the option to "enabled" you
won't see this box.
