Hello,
I strongly advice you to make a backup of the files you're thinking of
deleting (most adware killer have this option / or quarantine) but i'm
almost certain that you can delete those, cydoor is nothing but spyware and
i never had any proble after deleting these entry.
Now about kazaa, you may not be able to run the program after deleting some
spyware, so my advice is you get kazaalite, which can be found at
http://www.kazaalite.com. Kazaalite is kazaa but without spyware nor ads.
(there is sometime an adult ad on the integrated browser when you open
kazaalite, please be aware of this)

I hope that helped.
