HI!

Maybe try the following

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Network
Connections -> Right click on your connection.
 then from the menu choose the properties.

In 'Advanced' tab click the box ' protect my computer and
network by limiting or preventing access to this computer
from the internet'
