AdAware will not stop pop-ups. This is for getting rid
of spy-ware and such. You need aprogram like Pop-up
Stopper or AdSubtract or one from this site

ml. Be aware that most of these employ a proxy server
that identifies the ads. This may slow down your
connection slightly. But it is worth it to get rid of all
the ads.
