I am connected on a LAN cable, and I had 400 pieces of
spyware on my computer. My friend put in ad-aware which
somehow disconnected me to the internet. We had to
reinstall XP and start my program up again. No more than
4 minutes later after installing all of my programs, I
receive a notice from NAV telling me I have a virus in my
Documents and Settings. How could this be? I get about
100 warnings and quarantines a day from this
W32.nimda.enc virus. Many of them are quarantined, but
others are irrepairable. I do a system scan twice a day.
The bizzarre thing is, for some reason it is affecting
files that I have never heard of or created. How is this
happening? How do I get help? What do I do?
