This is an excerpt from a message I posted on 02-22-03, titled, "XPHE
Tasklist utility missing - any suggestions or workarounds?":

The fact that my lack of Tasklist dovetails with your surprise at not
finding it, make me think that you've got it right - XPHE owners just don't
receive it, and the knowledge base article is handing out wrong
instructions. Torgier made some suggestions in his reponse to my post, which
I'll be checking out in a few minutes. Sounds like what he suggested would
be good for you, too. I'm not quoting it, because it's a different thread,
and it's HIS stuff; well worth reading!
