Depends - Home or Pro ?
In Home about all you can do is make it so that the Guest
account has permission on what you want to share (or the
Users group if things are relatively in a default config) and
then set a password on the enabled Guest that you give to
those that should be able to access the share (from whatever
machine they choose to use).
There are other alternatives, but the above is rather direct.
