You can define a second admin account and then log in
with that account to copy the profile from the first admin
account to the new non-admin account.
Neither the copy from or to accounts can be in use when
this is done, hence the second admin account.
It is best to do this after a fresh reboot, just to clear
possible open, lazily flushed open handles.
This is accomplished in the Properties of My Computer
using the Setting button in the User Profiles panel of the
Advanced tab of the Properties. Highlight and use Copy
To and set the permitted to use to the copied-to account.
You copy to the root folder of the profile.
