I hope someone can give me some help. Please reply to my
e-mail at teddybeardj@yahoo.com, because I am not sure how
I got to this point, or how to get back here again.
I have windows xp, professional eddition. I have two user
accounts. Both user accounts have been locked out for
some reason. It says, "your account has been locked out,
contact your system administrator." I am the system
administrator, and my account has been locked.
When windows xp starts, the user names no longer show up.
They used to be a picture, with the name next to it. Now
the only thing on the screen is to shut the computer
down. When I hit control, alt, delete, it has another log
on prompt with name and password. Its there that I put my
name and password, and it tells me I have been locked
out.
So if someone has an answer, please tell me why it would
lock us out and what can I do to restore it? Do I have to
do a complete reinstall? I sure hope not.
Maybe it is having a bad day and locked me out for a day
or so??? Please help, remember reply by e-mail to
teddybeardj@yahoo.com and send me an answer to my prayer.
Thanks,
Lou..
