Use same Desktop/toolbar for Admin&Users

Understanding it best not to run XP using the Admin
account, I created a "everybody-else" account. How do I
copy/distribute all the desktop icons, stuff in the
system tray and the "tool bar" (lower left corner beside
START?? Couldn't find anything showing instructions on
the KB. It says I can do it, But no HOW.
