My Win XP Professional computer reboots often when loading
IE 6. When I try to use system restore it says it can not
restore. When I try to use the recovery console it says I
need an Administrator Password but I am the only user and
I have never entered a password. I think a device driver
is causing the problem but I don't know how to trace it.
How can I fix this without starting over with a new
install?
