MS Excell Going Nuts

Hoping someone can help me out. I was working on a
spread*** on Exceel when I found out I had some kind of
virus or something. Whenever I open Excel, instantly the
computer seems to take control and start typing. A stream
of unrelated words seem to be typed in as if someone has
remotely taken over my keyboard. If I let it go, it will
continue to type forever. I have disconnected my
telephone wall connection before, durring and even after
this happens. It still continues. When it is going on,
it interups all of my work. It locks everything else up.
Including even shutting down. I first noticed this
happening when I was in my Yahoo accont. The strange
typing would appear in the windows where you should type
your screenname and password. I figured it was someone
trying to hack into my computer. I guess they finally got
through. The spread*** I have been working on is
extensive and improtant. Is there a way to save it? Can
anyone help me with this weird situation?
