Hi! I don't know what your problem is, but you can try
going to Safe Mode and, hopefully, fix your problem there.
To get to Safe Mode, turn on your computer, then
immediately press the F8 key several times until a menu
appears. Use your arrow keys to high light Safe Mode and
press Enter. Also, if you don't want to go to Safe Mode,
you can try to high light and select "Boot from previously
known good configuration" instead of Safe Mode. I hope
