screensaver password

I need to put a screensaver password on my computer, but
going through the conventional method of going in to the
control panel and into screensavers does not give me any
options to put a password in? Those instructions come
from the HELP menu in Windows XP. ( I know how
screensaver passwords work in other Windows environments,
I just can't find how to set it up in XP)
