Check what is configured to load at login in the
Start Menu\Programs\Startup folder (although
this should not be causing the failed profile init).
You can also make that account an admin so it
can login successfully and then look to see what
is already running. Generally speaking, an account
should have Full Control on its profile directory,
and this is usually done directly rather than via
a group (again, net effect is same so it should not
make a difference). Also, I just assumed, but the
account is allowed to be a member of the Users
group, right (not just Power Users)?
