Hi Jeff,
It sounds to me that you have done the right things, and
as I do not have QB it is hard to guess just exactly what
it is looking at to internally control access. However, it
seems clear that this is within QB, and if no one here has
seen and solved this then perhaps if you get them (QB) to
let you know what it is keying in upon then we can find a
way to make it so for your User1 account.
