About the only file that has kept me from formatting a
partition before is the pagefile.sys
Try using folder options to make Explorer show all
files, hidden, system, etc.
The System Restore I had mentioned is not a folder,
it is a tab in the Property pages of the System (located
in context menu of My Computer).
