Not able to enable Internet Connection Firewall

Hey Everyone,
I tried enabling ICF by checking its box on the Advanced
tab under "Local Area Connection Properties" but getting
error message, "Network Connections

An error occurred while Internet Connection Sharing was
being enabled.

The dependency service or group failed to start.

OK
---------------------------"

Any ideas on how I can resolve this? Thank you!
