Towards the bottom of the page (in the download section)
is an iso image file you can download. Burn this to CD
and reboot your computer with the CD as the boot device.
Read the instructions before performing the reboot as it
is a Linux boot disk. I used it a couple of days ago and
was able to recover the Admin account on my system.
