Is his account also on your machine? If not, then you need to add an account for
him that matches his account on his computer. Once that's done, then he should
be able to access it transparently.

I tried clicking on Permissions then Add.
I added my friend \\fsmith but get the message:
An object named "fsmith" cannot be found.
Check the selected object types and location
for accuracy and ensure that you typed the object
name correctly, or remove this object from the selection.
I then tried cliking on location but only get my computer name. I am needing to
find his computer on the network to add his username. What am I doing wrong?
