security update Q 238310

It seems that the last few day, maybe more, I keep
getting the updates available popup for security update
Q238310. I select to install, it takes a few mins, then
finsihes. The problem is it keeps comming back
up...daily. I'm pretty sure it is from Microsoft..looks
like all the other update stuff I've gotten from them.
No errors in installation when it completes just says
something like update complete. Is there a virus or
somthing that perhaps or how do I know if is actually
installed.
