It will work on many OEM (probably must be same company) computers.
There never has been anything tying a Product Key to a specific CD.
Will not work on any retail.
In any case always a bad idea.
No one other than her has any need for it.
Possibly Microsoft if sent to a verifiable Microsoft representative.
