can't login as "computer administrator"

My O.S. is WindowsXPhome. I don't know what I did or how
it happened, but I can't login as "computer administrator.
My problem began when I created two "user accounts". It's
a long story why I made that stupid move. I can't even
run my restore disk without being able to login as
computer administrator. Please help me. I'm going insane.
