Setting 'System Cryptography: Use FIPS Compliant
Algorithms ...' to Enabled in Local Security Settings
causes problems accessing secure areas of some Web Sites,
(e.g. www.egg.com, choose Your Accounts and www.first-
direct.com/homeandaway )
