How to uninstall adminpak.msi after SP1 install?

Anyone figure out how to uninstall the older Server 2003 (.NET) adminpak.msi
???
I get the service pack version error... how do they expect us to install the
latest RC version
if we cannot uninstall the old version... like they require!?!

I now have admin tools I cannot use... like the remote desktop admin console

Microsoft... please assist
