Windows XP Reinstallation User Account Issue

Hi Donal,

I had the same thing... when you boot up you will notice
that if you have the option set to select an operating
system you have two (at least) listed now. The one you
boot with has no access to the software programs. Try
booting with the other one (the one that had the problems
which caused you to need to reinstall). If it is like
mine it will boot up now. You will have access to
everything again.

I am going to try and delete the new version of the
operating system through the OS setuo menu. I'm hoping
that will take care of the extra folders with the
name.name labels.
