In my experience there is no satisfactory way to do this
when both accounts are allowed to use the profile and it
is not a mandatory profile (one that cannot be changed).
One can sync two profiles so that at a point in time they
are very similar, and then they diverge, but that is about
it. Doing as you wish leads to conflicts with things like
the storage of each of the accounts' secrets.
