1) click security \ advanced and disable inheritance
form parent folder.
2) Can't understand question. Seems like this
computer is in the workgroup and not in the domain. Or it
had connection before to DC and does not now - uses cashed
password. My suggestion is: disjoin and join computer to
domain again.
3) Try to cleanup network adapter protocols. Usually
is sufficient TCP/IP and "client for Microsoft networks"
4) create system restore point before all this.
5) Your need god luck. All this is strange.
