OK I obviously need a second cup of coffee. First of all I replied to your
post via email originally (sorry!) instead of on the newsgroup. Then I
responded to the wrong newsgroup posting!!! Here's what I MEANT to post

Hi. Thanks for your response. The problem is that this option is greyed out.
This is what I was saying below about not being able to change them in
Properties->Security. These files are owned by these other owners, but even
when I supposedly make myself the owner again, the options are still all
greyed out.

And the thing is, I thought I HAD added my account to the other box. Oh
well. I guess I can always move the files to another computer and move them
back, but 20GB of files over 802.11b is a major pain in the ***...
