No problem...
First, right click the file in question, choose properties and then security
tab.
now click "advanced"
UN-check the "inheret permissions from parent" checkbox
Click the "owner" tab.
Add your account (i.e. Admin)
and FINALLY
Add your account to the original security box where only the SID appeared
before and voila!
Let me know if this did not work.
