Hi.

I cannot seem to make this one Windows XP Professional SP1 (with all
updates) installation to stop logging into the desktop as administrator
and by itself when I boot up XP. I even told XP to show me the Welcome
screen in control panel's User Accounts (yes, there are multiple accounts).

Did I miss something? Please note that this installation doesn't have
TweakUI and PowerToys. The installation is pretty new. Thank you in advance.
