I understand that the KaZaA program doesn't work in limited account. Also, I found
that the program may cause error in Windows XP. There may be some compatibility
issues here. I suggest you contact the manufacturer of the program directly for
help to update it and check if it works in limited user. For more information, please

SYMPTOMS
========
While you are running KaZaA Media Desktop by Sharman Networks, you may
receive an error message that is similar to the following message:
KaZaA has encountered a problem and needs to close. We apologize for
the inconvenience.
If the error message is still displayed and if you want to see the data that the
error report contains, click the "click here" link at the bottom of the message box.
You then see error signature information that may be similar to:
App name App version Module name Module version Offset

kazaa.exe 1.6.1.0 kazaa.exe 1.6.1.0 00037f52
CAUSE
=====
This issue occurs because KaZaA Media Desktop version 1.6 by Sharman Networks
is not completely compatible with Windows XP.
RESOLUTION
==========
Microsoft recommends that you use the latest version of KaZaA Media Desktop.
Contact Sharman Networks to report this issue and to receive additional support.

|I am the administrator of XP Pro Computer. Trying to set up Kazaa for
|my kids. Am able to put icons, etc on desktop and program starts ok but
|when song selected says that it has "failed." I have given permissions
|and shared the file with them etc. Kazaa works ok for me in the
|administrator account but won't work for the limited users account. Any
|help would be appreciated!
