Try this little handy program called HotKeys:

With that program you can change the key combo to do nothing...or to even
start a screen saver, say with the Marquee screen save that says That
Function is not available.

I am deploying Windows XP at my school's computer lab. Given the
environment, we do not want to allow users to be able to lock their PCs.
I have set up a group policy (User Configuration\Administrative
Templates\System\Logon/Logoff\Disable Lock Computer) that disables their
ability to lock the computer from the Ctrl-Alt-Del dialog. Regretfully,
this does nothing to block the Win+L keyboard shortcut for locking the
computer.
Is there any way to prevent the Win+L key from locking the computer,
preferably without disabling other Win+ shortcut keys?
Many thanks for your assistance.
