1. If you don't need to enter the password to login, chances are, you don't
have a password. Leave the "old password" blank.

2. Get an Administrator to:
Go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management,
Local Users and Groups, Users,
Double click on the username you want to change.
