windows cannot access speicified device path or file

Having a lot of problems with this. Purchased an antivirus
program, grisoft. It gave me: infected: Yaha.K worm
but when I click to get rid of it I get:
windows cannot access the specified device path or file
You may not have the approiate permission to access them.
This blocks anything I try to get on. Had to go into my
files and manually access the internet.
Any help would so be appreciated.
