Forced logoff after logon hours expire

I must admit I'm struggling with this one.

The force logoff when logon time expires option only
works if the PC is part of a domain and user logon times
are set up on the server.

The only way I have found to force a logoff is through
task scheduler. You must set up a task in each user
profile to run logoff.exe (this is located
in "Windows\system32") at a specified time. If you set
this to run shortly after the "net user" time has passed
it will log the user off and they will not be able to log
back on.

There is a slight problem with this though. The
scheduled task must have the same password as the users
logon ID. If the user changes their password the task
will not run.
