OUCH!!! Sounds like you have done exactly what I'm
trying to avoid doing in my post about 'Apply local
policies'. From what I've seen...many of the policies
that you apply on the computer apply to ALL users,
including Administrator.

Have you tried using START - Run - gpedit.msc?

One OTHER thing you might try if you haven't boxed
yourself out of it...In Windows Explorer, right-click the
%SystemRoot%\System32\GroupPolicy folder and choose
Properties. (%SystemRoot% is the name of the Windows root
directory on your computer, probably WinNT)

If you can't see the GroupPolicy folder in System32,
choose Tools, Folder Options, View, Show Hidden Files and
Folders.) Once you can see the properties of the
GroupPolicy folder, select the Security tab, then select
the Administrators group, and select the Deny check box
for the Read permission.

This will prevent the Administrator account from seeing
any of the policies you've added and you should be able
to log on with full rights again.
