I have a user who cannot logon to her own system. She is
a user with administrative rights. It will only logon as
admin. Each time I put her name and password in it says
to check user name and password. I have gone in
to "users" under control panel and have reset the
password. It still does not work. How can I get Windows
XP to recognize her?
