David,
Windows XP and Windows .NET Server 2003 will be submitted together for
Common Criteria Certification once we ship Windows .NET Server 2003.
We are hoping it will take less then the 2 years it took for the
certification of Windows 2000 Server.
We cannot disclose any more information on this at this time.
