Greetings, Terri! In addition to the good suggestions
from the other replies, some ISPs (Internet Service
Providers) will block obscene or commercial SPAM. Time
Warner Road Runner is my ISP. I was having a problem with
a specific SPAMMER, who, like your situation, used
different names but always the same return ISP. Road
Runner Abuse blocked this specific email address from
reaching my account. So you might want to contact the
Abuse section of your ISP. Hope this helps!
