Umm .......... this probably won't help but you could try
making your administrator users part of more then one
group (if they already are, try making them part of only
one group)
You could have them as Users, Administrators and
PowerUsers and see if that helps. GoTo Start\Run and type
lusrmgr.msc to launch the Local Users and Group Microsoft
Management Console. From there it's easy to work out what
to do.
NOTE - The user manager I just pointed out is different
to the user manager in WinXP's Control Panel. It's the
better one from the Administartive Tools.
