Hiya, just a thought, do you get any error messages from Windows?? If you
do pay a visit to http://support.microsoft.com/, this is MS's support site,
it features a great database of all known errors with any known problem with
any MS product. If you do get an error message, there will be a code,
almost like a title, try copying and pasting into the site's search engine,
if no error message is evident, type "Windows Management Instrumentation
server" and see if anything comes up, if so it's a known problem and you are
not alone in the Universe and MS may have a solution? If nothing comes back,
try looking down the left side of the window and above the world map is a "i
want to..." and 4th option is "request support". This allows you to submit
an incident report online or get a number to talk to MS if you've the time,
money and will to live!!
