There are bogus messages from the Microsoft Baseline Security Analysis
virus that sometimes convince folks to disable the Remote Connection
Manager, which ICF/ICS depends on. I don't know whether this is due to
the program version or the XML file version. MBSA 1.1 doesn't report
this.
