windows update

For the last 10 days, every time I try to to update:
Q328310 : security update
810565 : critical update
327979 : recommended update
322011 : recommended update
it fails?
I also get the first 2 updates, as a pop up, I agree to
install, unfortunately, it fails, as well???
Now in my windows update history, I have a whole page of
failed , is there a way to delete it?
I have read to remove containt of the folder: WUTEMP
but I do not know how to do it?
