automatic user logoff - winexit.scr

I am trying to configure WinXP Pro to automatically logoff
users after X amount of time. MS support article 314999
describes how to do this by using the winexit.scr screen
saver. My major malfunction is I cannot locate the
winexit.scr file. It appears to me that this is a file
from Win2000, or from a resource kit that I cannot locate.

Can anyone straighten me out.
